Lease Group, a leader in soft asset vendor finance has introduced a bevvy of new features for it’s Partner Channel, one of which is white-labelling of the entire customer experience.
Partner branding is a rarely seen feature of vendor finance due to lending restrictions however due to Lease Group’s growth and dedication to clean-book lending, we’ve been given access to this tool, a landmark moment for us and our Partner Channel.
So what does this mean?
Well, most value added resellers in either telecoms, IT, AV or other sectors struggle with the concept of third-party finance due to the ‘distance’ added between themselves and the customer. Lender quoting and leasing documentation have (to date) included the bank’s branding only, making the customer experience a step-away from that of their supplier.
Lease Group has addressed this concern by putting the supplier logo front and center, throughout all stages of the leasing process.
Everything from the supplier’s own branded leasing portal, to online quotes, to the lease agreement itself are now supplier branded. Something seldom seen in third-party finance.
Lease Group have openly accepted that unlike other brokers and banks: “the sale is not about us, but about the supplier themselves”.
The reality of this feature means that whether you are a mobile dealer, a telecoms company, AV installer or IT consultant, if your sale includes a lease contract, your brand will remain at the forefront of the customer experience.
Simon Fabb, Marketing Director of Lease Group says, “Being a channel-only service, putting our Partners first, is afterall, what it’s all about. We all know how hard it is to build a brand, and so to have it taken
away at the point of sale is, well, not great.”
Lease Group see’s this addition to their service as the first of many great refinements to the leasing and banking sector, with many more “highly anticipated” features to follow.
